The house is situated just moments from the tube as well as being in the midst of various restaurants, cafes, pubs and parks all within close proximity.

The Space:
The house is perfectly setup for a family trip to London, with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. There is ample living space, numerous spacious bedrooms, several bathrooms and a private garden.

The Neighborhood:
This house is nestled in the highly desirable area of Brook Green, close to Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and much more. The house is situated on a tree-lined street so feels residential and private, but is just moments from the exciting hustle and bustle.

There are restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars galore but below is just a flavour of what's on offer:
Mustard, a 2min walk away, is a modern British version of a French brasserie. Cornerhouse restaurants and deli, with children's play area is also a 2min walk from the house. The Bird in Hand offers delicious pizzas and sharing plates, just 7min away. For a more special occasion, the River Café serves amazing Italian food from a terrace on the river. You will likely need to book ahead. Another option is Pergola on the Roof which offers rooftop dining and cocktails amid palm trees on top of the Television Centre in White City.

The options for shopping are numerous with the famous Westfield Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk from the house and featuring numerous shops (from high street to high end), restaurants, cinemas, bars and so much more. There are more options for cinemas, another shopping centre (W12) and of course many independent shops, restaurants and cafes in the local area as well. Notting Hill & Portobello Road are also well worth a visit.

If you're looking for entertainment, you will be close to the Bush Theatre, Gate Theatre, Bush Hall, Shepherds Bush Empire for live music and also the Hammersmith Apollo.

For green space, look no further than Holland Park which is a 20min walk or 10min bus ride away. For children, try Brook Green playground. For a scenic stroll, walk alongside the river to see London's ever-changing scenes.

There is no shortage of supermarkets and food shops, with a Sainsbury's Local just 2min walk away for those last minute essentials. If you want to stock up for a longer period of time, Tesco is a 5min walk away, Waitrose in Westfield is a 10min walk away and there are fishmongers, bakeries and butchers all nearby. On Saturdays, there is a Farmer's Market which is great to buy produce from, but also worth staying for lunch.

There is a small Post Office on Shepherds Bush Rd at the newsagents and a larger one on Shepherds Bush Green as well (both 5min walk). There is a small chemist called Healthside Pharmacy, otherwise there is a large Boots on King Street or in Westfield.

Getting Around:
Goldhawk Road Station: Underground (Hammersmith and City & Cirle Lines), 5min walk
Shepherd's Bush Station: Underground (Central Line), 8min walk
Hammersmith Station: Underground (Piccadilly & District Line), 12min walk

There are numerous bus routes from Shepherds Bus Road and Shepherds Bush Green connecting you to the rest of London.

Please keep in mind that each home is unique. We ask that you treat the home with the same respect that you would treat your own.

You will have neighbours, so please respect the house rules.

Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM, check-out is until 11AM. Self check-in outside of these hours is available upon request, to be discussed at booking. Late check-out is also possible for a fee.

The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.

You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.

If your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed at time of booking. Extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged as well.

If you notice damages or if something happens during your stay, please notify Air Peace of Mind as soon as possible so it can be fixed.
