Modernly designed and tastefully decorated, the house comes with a separate living room, a dining room, and a kitchen over the ground floor with a large private garden.

In the living room, you will find a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric plate, an oven, and a microwave. Dishwasher is not working.

There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

This home is situated in an ideal location in Chelsea, by the Thames River. There are a variety of dining options in the area, including the famous Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

A 10-minute walk will take you to King's Road, where you can find a row of shops and restaurants to explore.

If you're craving a home-cooked meal, Tesco Express is only a 5-minute walk from the property. Perfect to pick up some fresh groceries and a few snacks!

## Transit

The home is only a 15-minute walk to Sloane Square station, which will easily take you around London! Ubers, buses, and taxis are all readily available, a great alternative to explore the city!

DISHWASHER IS NOT WORKING. You will not be compensated for this.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in London, this vacation home is in the city center. Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit London Eye and Natural History Museum. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Wembley Stadium or ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling and other activities like outlet shopping.
