LIVING
Upon entering this home and through the substantial entry corridor is a small living room with a double sofa- bed. There is a flat screen TV and a study area with a desk and chair by the large window, which looks out onto the main street. There are book shelves flanking a statement fireplace and wooden floors throughout the ground floor.

KITCHEN/DINING
Through the open- plan kitchen, dining and sitting area there are bi-folding doors, which lead out onto the decked patio and astro garden. The fully equipped kitchen has appliances and utensils such as a fridge/ freezer, oven, an electric hob and extractor, a coffee-machine, a bread-grill, and a dishwasher, to name just a few. The dining table sits eight people and further into the extension with sky lights, there is an informal sitting area with a sofa, a coffee table and a large storage cabinet. There is a washer/dryer hidden within the in-built storage.

BEDROOM 1
Up the carpeted stairs and into the first bedroom, there is a single bed with a small wardrobe and bookshelves. This large bedroom boasts large windows, which look out onto the main road and allow plenty of natural light.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom also has a single bed with a desk and a wardrobe. The window looks out over the garden.

BEDROOM 3
There is a single bed in the third bedroom with a small TV, chest of drawers and an electric keyboard. The window also looks out over the garden.

BATHROOM
On the same floor is the shared bathroom with a shower over bath, a sink and toilet.

BEDROOM 4
Up in the attic is the master bedroom with a king bed. This airy bedroom offers a Juliet balcony, which overlooks the garden, and a roomy en-suite with a walk-in wardrobe. In addition to that, there are built-in storage cabinets flanking the flat screen TV and a chest of drawers by the additional window.

OUTDOOR
This property boasts a small well-kept front garden as well as a decked patio and asto garden, accessible through the open plan kitchen/dining room at the back of the house.
