Industrial beams add plenty of charm and character to the apt. whilst still preserving a homely feel. The high ceilings and striking urban loft-style windows, allow plenty of daylight and natural light into the apt making it the perfect place to relax.

Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them!

The Neighborhood:
Located in Central Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance of the City's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' and Liverpool Docks are just a 7-minute walk away. Stroll along the dock road and if you desire a drink with a view - stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is an 8-minute walk away. If you are in pursuit of some delicious restaurants close to the apt. check out the following:

- Sanskruti Restaurant, Vegan Indian Cuisine.
- Moose Coffee, Delicious Breakfast & Brunch.
- Six By Nico, fancy but affordable dining.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is at St Johns Market (Stop GC), a 10-minute walk away. From here, you can get out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 12-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.

Liverpool One Bus Station is likewise a 14-minute walk away from the apartment.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Building works & lift: The building is undergoing renovations and the communal area is affected by this. There may be background noise at day time. Also, the lift is out of use due to building maintenance. Rest assured that the apartment itself is not affected as we aim to provide our quality standard of service!

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 5AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

This apartment is located in Liverpool. Cavern Club and St. George's Hall are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Croxteth Hall & Country Park and Burton Mere Wetlands. Merseyside Maritime Museum and The Beatles Story Museum are also worth visiting.
