Leading through into the kitchen diner, fully equipped with dual fuel range cooker, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining table, and with patio doors leading out onto the rear courtyard garden.
Library/Playroom
Turn left from the hallway. Walls lined with books, feel free to peruse and find something you like. Comfortable sofa bed and desk to work at. Also doubles up as a playroom for the children with toys and games provided in the built in cupboards straight ahead.

Off the playroom is the ground floor double bedroom, with beautiful exposed brick feature wall and its own ensuite shower room.
