Beautiful converted fruit mill with lots of original features, 2 bedroomed duplex apartment with a amazing view of all the bustle of the busy street below. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room and kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Located on the 4th floor. There is no lift so ability to climb stairs is a must, (72 to be exact). We are located in the busy bar area of Mathew Street and it can be noisy especially at weekends. Best location for night life....

The Space:
You are in a he busy bar area in liverpool so amazing for nightlife. Not suitable if you want a quiet location. This is a old building so has no lift so the ability to climb stairs is a must. You are located on the top floor so have amazing views of the street. On the first floor of the apartment there is a entrance hallway a living/diner/kitchen and upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

living room has a great dining space and seating area to watch tv or chat with friends
You are located by Mathew street so the bars can be noisy at weekends.

The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of the city, surrounded by busy bars and restaurants, this is the best place to be for a night out in Liverpool. Minutes away from Liverpool One and next to the Met Quarter which hosts the famous everyman 2. We are next to Mcoolies Sports bar and just off Mathew Street home to the famous Cavern Club. Secure parking is available 3 minutes away from the apartment and cost £13 for a 24 hour stay, Street parking is free between 6pm and 8am

Getting Around:
5 minute walk from Lime Street Station, and there is a bus stops opposite on Victoria Street and also a taxi rank

Other Things to Note:
This is a listed building and there is no lift...... we are on the top 2 floors so the ability to clim stairs is a must..... We are in the busy bar area and it can be noisy particularly at the weekends.... Ideal location for a night out, but not suitable for small children on the weekends.
No Parties or events are allowed, Breach of this rule will result in termination of your stay.
