Please be aware there is building works going on next to this building and within the building itself, this has meant that the developer has placed building materials in the car park which block management have been informed as its part of the communal areas which they manage. If your space is taken with building materials, please park in the next empty spot. Please note that the communal areas can look worse at times due to the on going work happening in the building, we do apologise for this as its out of our control due to the works.
