Welcome to the Attico Apartment - a cosy duplex apartment adorned with fabulous artwork!

Our cosy, multi level apartment can sleep up to 6 guests - the perfect base for your trip to Liverpool. An ideal location for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping and with Liverpool Cathedral, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter right on your doorstep. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk away.

The Space:
A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!

Master bedroom: A bright double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, chest of draws and a smart TV!

Second bedroom: A double and single bed, hanging clothes rail and chest of draws. Also complete with its very own smart TV and an additional en suite lavatory.

The apartment has a sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels provided.

A cosy single day bed in the lounge area offers extra sleeping space, with all the linen provided. Please note that the lounge area does have a lower height ceiling, and so this may be more suited to children and family stays.

Our fully equipped kitchen is prepped and ready with all the essential items you'll need to cook up a storm to enjoy on the modern dining table and benches. Plus, a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary pods to start your day right!

**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**

Guest Access:
Our guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, please note the building houses 3 separate apartments and the hallways are communal areas. There is also a shared main door onto the street.

Our apartment is located on the second floor of the building and you must climb two flights of stairs to gain access. The lounge and kitchen area is then situated at the top of the apartment and also accessed via stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Step out of the apartment and immerse yourself into Liverpool's iconic Georgian Quarter where you are just minutes away from both cathedrals, rows of beautiful houses and a vast array of pubs and restaurants to relax in!

If you're into food, take a short stroll to Hope Street or Bold Street, home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriage works. It's within easy reach of both Ropewalks and Georgian Quarter so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or take in the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets.

You are within walking distance of the city centre and all of the main attractions, we have our own guidebook for our guests which will be sent out when you book!

We are located on a quiet residential street and as such do not accept any parties, please take note of this when booking.

Getting Around:
It's just an 11 minute walk to Liverpool Central train station, or a 13 minute walk to Lime Street Station. There's plenty of car parks nearby, please do not hesitate to reach out for any recommendations! Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in the communal areas throughout the building and a noise monitor in the apartment.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day and is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

This apartment is located in Knowledge Quarter, a neighborhood in Liverpool. Crown Street Tower and St. George's Hall are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Chinatown and Jeffs of Bold Street. Chester Zoo and Merseyside Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
