Soak up the beautiful scenery and stop off at great attractions that the Scottish Borders have to offer with Galashiels, Melrose and Pebbles all being within 22 miles and boast an array of quirky shops, restaurants, friendly Inns, art galleries and historical landmarks. The immediate area is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers with numerous country tracks and forest trails to explore. On entering this beautiful home, step into the entrance hall and hang up your coat. Next is the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Take in the views of the surrounding countryside through the patio doors that lead out to the decked terrace. Relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie together on the Smart TV and on those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the lovely wood burner. After tiring day exploring the local area, soothe tired muscles in the private hot tub. The communal woodchipped play park is perfect for children to play or take a seat by the beautiful pond in the middle of the garden. Please note the pond is unfenced so please take care.
