Located on the top(3rd) floor, with double-glazed windows. The flat offers privacy and peace though it is very central.
Comprising of an open plan living room/kitchen area, a double bedroom to the rear, a bathroom with a bathtub and an attached shower, free WiFi, TV (Netflix), washing machine/dryer.
You'll find that the beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens and that we have prepared towels and toiletries for your use.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
## Neighborhood
Located just outside the city center, it's peaceful and green and has wonderful pubs, restaurants, cocktail bars, bakeries, and cinemas nearby. There is even a supermarket (Sainsbury's) right next door.
The meadows just a 2-minute walk from the doorstep is a large green space, a popular park where people lounge on the lawn have a small bbq, run walk or simply relax. There's something for everyone with the biggest play area in the city, large grassed areas, tennis courts, children’s park, cafe and toilets.
## Transit
It is one minute walk from Summerhall (festival venue); 2mins walk from the meadows; 7mins walk from George Square (main festival venues) and 15mins walk from the royal mile.
But if you prefer riding the bus instead, there is a bus stop just in front of the local Sainsbury, which is right next door.
## Notes
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
This apartment is located in Grange, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Commonwealth Pool and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting.
