There are some fabulous views to be had of the rolling countryside of England and Wales from the property, you are also directly on the three castles walk, located in Grosmont near Abergavenny and Monmouth. The Workshop has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and comprises of an open plan living space, the front of lodge with some outstanding views, a double bedroom with ensuite and a large lawned garden with a bistro set and fire pit.
The market town of Abergavenny is 11 miles away and has an abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. It also holds its award-winning food festival every September. For those wanting to visit the historic town of Monmouth, is just a 9-mile drive from the property, and there are some local restaurants and pubs in the surrounding villages. Pub and restaurant 2 miles, for those golf enthusiasts there are three golf courses within 5 miles of the property.
