This newly refurbished house is set in the heart of Findhorn Village, only minutes away from the local cafes, village shop, restaurants and pubs. It is a spacious house ideal for family and group holidays. This property benefits from a very large self contained garden located at the front of the house.
The house is made up of four bedrooms. A master double bedroom and a twin room on the ground floor. A further small double room and another twin room on the first floor. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can be made up on request.
The lounge provides a cosy environment complete with plenty of seating, a TV/ DVD player, coffee table and a wood burning stove. One basket of wood will be provided for your stay.
The dining room includes a large wooden table which can seat up to 10 people. The table can be made shorter/ longer dependent on your group size.
The newly fitted kitchen is a modern and spacious room complete with all the necessary amenities.
The utility room can be used for drying clothes and storage. There is a washing machine available and a clothes horse.
The property has one large family bathroom.
The garden is found across the lane to the front of the house. It is completely self contained and has a large greenhouse in it. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the sun and the sea air.

I live in a village just 11 miles from Findhorn. I will meet you at the beginning and end of your stay to ensure you have everything you require. I am never too far away if you need any help during your stay.
The neighbourhood
Findhorn is a quaint and peaceful village in the north east of Scotland. It is an ideal place for a relaxing break, with miles of white sandy beaches and sand dunes, beautiful woodland river walks, spectacular bird life and a resident pod of dolphins!
Whisky enthusiasts can venture along the malt whisky trail and visit many local distilleries. Budding golfers can chose from an array of courses in the surrounding area.
Findhorn Marina offers a variety of watersports and RYA training.
