The property is a lovely, warm and light detached house, around half a mile from the very unspoiled and quiet Bacton coastline.
When you can tear yourself away from the stunning Norfolk coastline, it’s time to enjoy the comfort this gorgeous getaway has to offer. With stunning views across fields from the master bedroom, a large lounge, separate dining room and snug, and a hot tub outside, we’re not sure you’ll want to venture far.
Outside there are several spacious areas, a gated front garden with plenty of parking, a courtyard garden featuring a brand new 6 person Canadian Spa Hot Tub with seating area and bbq, as well as a large grassed front garden. It’s location is perfect as is under half a mile to the gorgeous dog friendly Bacton beach as well as a 5 minute walk to the pub, several cafes, village shop and gift shop
On arrival
The front of the property is accessed via a gated entrance, with a large front garden with pond and grassed areas, as well as a long wrap around gravelled driveway – which boasts parking for numerous cars.
Downstairs
When you enter the house, the first thing you notice is how light and roomy the central hallway is. There is a small downstairs WC, decent size galley kitchen, a utility room with plenty of worktop space, and a tiled floor. This leads from the back garden and into the dining room and garage, so the ideal place to enter the house with sandy feet and wet paws after that beach walk.
Dining Room
There is also a family dining room overlooking the front and side garden, with tiled flooring and a large dining table and chairs. This leads to a paved and decked patio area at the side of the house, where the 6 person hot tub is.
Lounge
The lounge is a decent size with huge windows to the front and side with a wood burner and tv with Sky Movies, plenty of leather seating, lamps and heavy duty curtains.
En suite bedroom:
The Downstairs en suite bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and a roomy en suite bathroom with shower.
Twin room:
The twin room next door has single bunk beds, window and bedside table
Snug
There is also a separate Snug room, overlooking the front garden which will be an ideal place for the kids to play, with a sofa bed and chill-out area.
Upstairs master bedroom
There is a master bedroom with super king size bed, furniture, and a large window with stunning sunset views across the fields next to the house.
Upstairs second bedroom
The second upstairs bedroom hosts a Zip link king-size bed which can be split into twin beds.
The upstairs bathroom has a spa bath, shower cubicle, and heated towel rail.
Outside and gardens
To the rear of the property, the garden is enclosed with a hedged perimeter, mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio area.
To the side of the house and leading from the dining room, there is a large 6 person hot tub, with lighting and music pod area.

This chalet is located in Norwich. Happisburgh Lighthouse and Cromer Pier are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include East Ruston Old Vicarage and Sim-Air. Traveling with kids? Consider The Museum of the Broads and Hoveton Hall Gardens.
