The property is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access directly from the B1150 (Norwich to North Walsham road). There are footpaths leading directly from the property giving immediate access to beautiful countryside for walking, running and cycling. So, you will soon see why people have been flocking to this part of Norfolk for generations.
