Offering 5 charming and spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table and chairs, two bathrooms, large living area and of course, the wonderful outdoor swimming pool!
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides an extensive range of appliances, cutlery, utensils and crockery. The dishwasher is a convenient addition to the kitchen, with the addition of a washing machine and dryer available in the utility room. Ideal for sharing meals with family and friends, there's a large ten-place dining table located in the centre of the kitchen, with extra space for two available along the breakfast bar.
Relax in the spacious living room on one of the many comfy sofas, and enjoy a movie from one of your favourite streaming sites on the smart TV (guests are required to use their own logins). A great homely space to chill with friends and family in the evenings!
On the ground floor, there's a twin bedroom at the front of the property and a large double bedroom at the rear. Conveniently, there are also two bathrooms on the ground floor, one which features a walk-in shower, toilet and sink off from the utility room and then a second separate W/C.
Upstairs, guests will find 3 spacious king-sized bedrooms, along with a family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Alderfen View has so much to offer and this is no more evident than in the back garden and pool area. A fabulously spacious garden, with room for outdoor games and alfresco dining. The outdoor heated swimming pool (23rd May - 31st August) is of course the star of the show! On those beautiful summer days, whilst enjoying a cold beverage poolside, guests will be forgiven for thinking they're abroad!
Not only do you have everything you need at the property but it's location allows you to explore the local area without having to travel too far. There's a host of popular Norfolk towns all within reach, with great attractions like BeWILDerwood only a short distance away!
We understand that the swimming pool is a big reason that guests book the property. In the unlikely event that the swimming pool is unavailable during your stay, you are entitled to a 20% refund of the nightly rate paid, per 24 hours that the swimming pool is not operational.
Located in Norwich, this cottage is in a rural area. How Hill Trust and Toad Hole Cottage Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include BeWILDerwood and The Museum of the Broads.
