Located on a private estate this charming house has undergone full renovation in 2018 to provide wonderful accommodation for larger groups. The Norfolk Broads offer an array of attractions whatever the time of year whether it be day boat hire and lazy days exploring the myriad of waterways and villages dotted along the way or walking through picturesque landscapes with reed beds and windmills. Younger guests will find family trips to beWILDerwood Africa Alive and the Dinosaur park memorable experiences and for coastal lovers there are many unspoilt beaches and seaside towns just a short distance away. No visit to the area is complete without a trip to the fine city of Norwich which offers numerous retail and culinary delights. Guests arriving at the stunning house will initially enter into the entrance hallway which is ideal for coats and shoes as well as providing access to both lounges. Both lounges provide comfortable sofa seating in which to relax while catching up with any must see programmes on the Smart TV s. One lounge has a cosy wood burner great for taking the chill out of the coolest evening while creating a romantic atmosphere. The spacious kitchen/diner/snug offers superb space to spend time with loved ones with large dining table ideal for any celebration and seating area. The light and airy kitchen with centre island provides everything needed to put culinary skills to good use with electric oven and hob fridge freezer microwave a handy dishwasher and a washing machine located in a separate utility room. Finishing the ground floor accommodation is a useful separate WC. Ascending the staircase to the first floor all bedrooms can be located off the landing. The first is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with contemporary en-suite bathroom with shower bath and WC. The remaining bedrooms include a super king-size two king size and lastly a bunk bedroom suitable for both adults or children. The main bathroom enjoys contemporary touches such as sensor lighting and incorporates a shower bath and WC. For those who like to relax outside the house provides plenty of options. To one side is a fully enclosed lawn and wooded area perfect for children and pets to run off any excess energy exploring. To the other side is a pretty orchard area and for guests to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining there is a charcoal BBQ with garden furniture. Adults and children alike will relish spending any remaining downtime in the small barn where they will find both a pool table and football table which can double as under cover bicycle storage. Off-road parking for four cars.
