Over 400 feet of river frontage with 1 acre private lake (not suitable for fishing). Prime fishing location with excellent pike & coarse fishing on river and great boating locally. The cottage is on a 2 acre plot of land with 400 metre private driveway, no close neighbours and a private slipway.

The property provides an electric dayboat which is ideal for getting out onto the river and fishing. Two canoes are also available. Wayford Bridge Inn pub and restaurant close by (2 mins).
