The Long Barn is set in a peaceful rural location on the edge of a small village in north Norfolk, just 3 miles inland from the beautiful coast. Equidistant between the pretty Georgian market town of Holt and the bustling seaside resort of Sheringham.

Downstairs comprises of two kitchens, a large sitting area and snug, as well as one downstairs twin bedroom and two wet rooms. The seating area has a log burner with free supply of logs, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games. The first floor has two en suite double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a further bedroom that can be made up as a twin or double. There are a further two family bathrooms on this level. The two kitchens are both fully equipped, with dishwashers, ovens, microwaves and fridge freezers. There are also washing, drying and ironing facilities.

The barn is centrally heated, with under floor heating on the ground floor. Cots, high chairs, stairgates and fireguards are provided. There is a communal outoor area, with dining furniture and a BBQ and ample parking for multiple vehicles. Dog friendly.

Please be aware before booking that Rookery Farm has permanent residents, along with fellow holidaymakers, and is usually chosen by guests for the quiet tranquillity that the Farm accommodation provides. Although we are more than happy to welcome large group bookings, we do ask that you please be respectful of your neighbours' privacy and right to their own peaceful enjoyment.
