Town: Brundall, in the middle of the Norfolk Broads, is a sizable village on the banks of the River Yare. The community has become well-known for its boat manufacturing and boat rental services. The village has a train station that connects it to the cities of Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and Lowestoft. It also offers a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The beautiful city of Norwich is about 12 kilometres (7 miles) away from Brundall. With two magnificent cathedrals, a Norman castle, and several grand mansions, Norwich is home to some of Britain's most impressive architecture. In addition to being one of Norwich's oldest streets, Elm Hill is also one of its most picturesque, with its charming cobblestones and Tudor-style buildings, many of which today contain unique boutiques. Beautiful parks and gardens are just the beginning of what Norwich has to offer. The city is also home to a number of museums, theatres, and cinemas. Check out the trendy bars, cafes, and restaurants, and do some serious retail therapy. Incredibly wonderful for a vacation at any time of year.
Located in Norwich, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Strumpshaw Steam Museum and Museum of the Broads are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden and Megazone. James Stuart Garden and The Plantation Garden are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
