Cartshed Lodge, a luxurious couple's hideaway, has a full size hot tub and is located in lovely open farmland with stunning field views and sunsets. Within easy walking distance of the bustling Broads villages of Hoveton and Wroxham, this gorgeous retreat ticks all the boxes.
Cartshed Lodge has first floor, one level, open-plan loft living, with a spacious outdoor area; you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub any time, while away a tranquil afternoon on a sun lounger on the decked area, fire up the barbecue for some al fresco dining and access the enclosed garden area with fruit trees. Set privately within the grounds of the owner's house, the kitchen/dining area has a microwave combination oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge, dining table and chairs and the sitting room area has a Smart television with a linked Bluetooth/airplay enabled high quality sound system. The bedroom has a super-king size bed and another Smart television, and the shower room has a large, walk-in shower. There is a separate unit behind the property with a freezer and washing machine. There is also secure bicycle storage available and a large gravelled parking bay by the property entrance.
Cartshed Lodge is in the heartland of the Norfolk Broads; Wroxham, a well-known gateway, offering boat hire and other water-based activities, and has numerous independent restaurants and takeaways, as well as Roys of Wroxham supermarket, department store and garden centre! A day spent onboard a Broads Cruiser, stopping off at the riverside pubs for refreshment as you weave your way around the beautiful waterways, then returning to Cartshed Lodge to catch the last of the sun in the garden with a dip in the hot tub will be very hard to beat.
