Amble along pretty countryside lanes to Overstrand and the scenic north Norfolk coast with sandy beaches and cliff top walks to neighbouring Cromer. Whether it's chips on the promenade, a show on the pier or simply exploring the intricate streets full of interesting shops, Cromer has much to offer. Slightly further afield are the fascinating coastal towns of Wells, Sheringham and Blakeney where a boat trip to see the local seal colony is recommended. Inland attractions include the famous Norfolk Broads and the fine city of Norwich with Norman Castle and abundance of shops and eateries. A myriad of paths and tracks make this area a haven for walkers and cyclists as well as birdwatchers and landscape artists. Entering this delightful cottage, guests will find themselves in the lounge/diner which features a comfortable sofa on which to relax after a day exploring the local area and catch up with any must see programmes on the Smart TV. The open fire will ensure cosy evenings and romantic atmospheres when required and the dining table a place to enjoy any meals when guests choose to dine in. The archway, created by exposed standing beams takes guests through to the kitchen which, while petite, is well equipped with everything required for holiday dining including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a handy washer/dryer. During warmer months the stable door to the rear can allow for a nice cooling breeze as well as views out to the garden. Ascending the cottage staircase to the first floor, the landing provides access to both the bathroom, with bath and hand shower attachment over and WC and the bedroom which comfortably accommodates a king size bed. For those who enjoy their relaxation outside, the cottage has both a front and rear garden to enjoy. The rear garden is all enclosed making it ideal for pets and has a raised shingled area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining opportunities and is planted with colourful plants and shrubs. To the front is a brick patio with bench, perfect for watching the world go by. There is allocated off road parking available for one car.
