Perfect for a romantic retreat.The Nest is a brand new, purpose built holiday apartment finished to a high standard and located in beautiful, peaceful Norfolk countryside, just 10 miles west of Norwich, 40 minutes from the Norfolk Broads and within an hour’s drive of the North Norfolk coast.

- Based on a small working farm which produces goats' cheese, this beautiful rural setting is an ideal base to explore all that Norfolk has to offer and will suit families and couples alike.
- Two pubs and bus service in walking distance
- Quiet country lanes for walking and cycling
- Free wifi included
- A small self-service farm shop is onsite, as well as a Games Room (table tennis, books, garden games) and Laundry Room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).


Inside: A small entrance area takes you straight up the staircase, at the top of which you will discover a spacious open plan kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment), dining and living area (TV).
The Nest has a light, airy King size bedroom (chest of drawers, wardrobe) with a very spacious ensuite (complete with large bath and double shower). The ensuite has a second door which takes you back into the living area.

The living area and bedroom both have views over the lawn to the horse menage, and woods beyond.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided.
The Nest is fully double glazed with electric heating and air conditioning.

Outside: Fenced lawn shared with Kingfisher (sleeps 4 + cot) and Nightingale (sleeps 4 + cot).
Games Room on site with table tennis, books, and a selection of outdoor toys.

The Nest is one of just three holiday lets on site. A Caravan Club certified location is also in operation, with a maximum of 4 caravans at any time.

Off road parking.

No smoking. No naked flames. Sorry no pets.
