Set just a couple of miles inland from the beautiful Norfolk coast lies Spinney’s Den in the village of Knapton. The property is a reverse-level annexe situated on the owners’ land and boasts a wonderful view of the neighbouring fields and countryside. Set over two floors, this charming dwelling benefits from sea views and a delightful hot tub, and is sure to be the perfect retreat for an adventurous holiday or a relaxing break. With off-road parking for one car, park up at the property and gather your belongings before stepping into a cute porch - With handy storage for games and ironing facilities, you can kick off your shoes and hang up your coats before heading up to the first-floor, open-plan living area. The open-plan living space offers an intimate dining table for two to enjoy your evening meals at with a glass of wine, before sinking into the plush sofa and escaping in front of the TV. From here, the well-stocked kitchen hosts an oven and hob, alongside all the necessary appliances, such as a microwave, toaster and kettle for your culinary needs throughout your stay. The first floor is also home to a shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, a hand basin and a WC, where you can freshen up and prepare for the day ahead. Exceptional views are available from the first-floor balcony, where two patio chairs and a table look out over the vast fields, over to the sea and, just to the right, a picturesque church to complete the stunning scenery. Back on the ground floor, you will discover the double bedroom, hosting storage and a hanging rail for your belongings, while a ground-floor cloakroom is a further welcome convenience. Unwind into your evening by stepping outside and enjoying the bubbling hot tub in the patio garden, also home to some splendid flower beds and more garden furniture for you to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. For days out while staying at the property, venture out of Knapton village to the beautiful beaches at Mundesley and Triningham just a stone’s throw away, before stopping at one of local cafés for a coffee fix or morning treat. For the adventurous types, head over to Bacton Woods to be encompassed by enchanting forest scenery, home to a plethora of tree species and offering an abundance of routes for walking, cycling and horseback riding. Just a short car journey from the property is the famous Broads where you can navigate around the water paths and experience one of Norfolk's most esteemed attractions, coupled with the rich history of castles, cathedrals and mills, the Broads make for a fascinating day out for anyone. For the history enthusiasts, museums covering a range of topics, more notably Norfolk’s own Admiral Nelson, are located in this area too and there are plenty of ruins and landmarks for you to marvel at, such as Somerleyton Hall or the ruins of All Saints Church in Billockby. Whatever the weather, Spinney's Den is a home from home for you to make memories in Norfolk, any time of year.
