For days out while staying at the property, venture out of Knapton village to the beautiful beaches at Mundesley and Triningham just a stone’s throw away, before stopping at one of local cafés for a coffee fix or morning treat. For the adventurous types, head over to Bacton Woods to be encompassed by enchanting forest scenery, home to a plethora of tree species and offering an abundance of routes for walking, cycling and horseback riding. Just a short car journey from the property is the famous Broads where you can navigate around the water paths and experience one of Norfolk's most esteemed attractions, coupled with the rich history of castles, cathedrals and mills, the Broads make for a fascinating day out for anyone. For the history enthusiasts, museums covering a range of topics, more notably Norfolk’s own Admiral Nelson, are located in this area too and there are plenty of ruins and landmarks for you to marvel at, such as Somerleyton Hall or the ruins of All Saints Church in Billockby.
