Tropical Garden Retreat In Canal-Side Kings Cross, London

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 2

A cute and quirky plant-filled, zen apartment with 2 separate workspaces, fast reliable WiFi and a sunny garden in the convenient central location of Kings Cross & St Pancras (Eurostar, bus station & 5 underground lines.)

I’m a Superhost on the other main platform with 39 x 5-star reviews and my lovely flat offers a tropical retreat full of personal touches and comforts.

The area is charming, on the doorstep of the Regent’s Canal, Granary Square for great bars and restaurants and the lovely Georgian village of Barnsbury, Islington with some of London’s best pubs.

This place is a perfect tranquil spot for those looking for a place to relax or work from, a little oasis with a tropical garden yet in a really central location.

THE SPACE
There is a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge so two people can be working and on video calls at the same time with no noise or WiFi interruptions (we spent a year in lockdown doing just that!) - the WiFi also reaches the outside tables in the front and back garden.

If you are lucky with the weather, there is always a sunny spot at this flat - in the front in the morning, and in the garden in the afternoon/evening. The BBQ can be used on request.

If you plan to switch off from screens, it can be a perfect 'digital detox' apartment, with no TV. However I do have a projector, so if you have a laptop I can help set you up with a screen for cinema nights on request!

There are also speakers that you can connect to for music and cosy spots inside and outside for reading.

I love to cook so the kitchen has everything you will need and includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

In the plant-filled bathroom there is a full size bath and waterfall shower.

GUEST ACCESS
Whole flat, garden and front area.

THER THINGS TO NOTE
Everything about my home is very personal, so if you are looking for the real local experience then this is perfect.

This apartment is located in Islington, a neighborhood in London. Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hyde Park and Finsbury Park. London Eye and Natural History Museum are not to be missed.
