Within the property there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the cottage is suitable to sleep up to three people. Internally there is also an open-plan living space, combing a kitchen, living, and also a dining area. Outside is a shared courtyard with a private barbecue for each property, as well as a shared tennis court and playing field.
