Located on the North Norfolk coastline, just a short walk from the amazing sandy beach at Bacton, this semi-detached chalet is located on a private park with lovely wrap-around decked verandah with outdoor furniture. Commanding an uninterrupted sea view, the verandah offers a great opportunity to simply sit back and relax. There is a large communal grassland to the front of the chalet, which will provide plenty of space for family fun. The village of Bacton offers a children’s play area, lovely walks, two pubs with restaurants, fish and chip shop, café, ice cream parlour. Bacton Woods is also a great place for a picnic and dog walking trails.
The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 13 miles, and Sheringham, 17 miles, provide a great day out for all the family. Sea fishing is available at Bacton beach, so be sure to bring your sea fishing rod. Wroxham, 13 miles and known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, has many riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. The waterways are best explored by boat and are rich in birdlife and wildlife. Daily river trips and boat hire is available. BeWILDerwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park, a perfect place for children to burn off some energy, and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade offers both in and outside fun, aswell as a splash park on warm days. Avid gardeners will enjoy The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton and National Trust Sheringham Park, and for keen golfers, the Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint. Other National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, alternatively, spend a day at Horsey beach where between December and February visitors can enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shoreline. The city of Norwich is just over 20 miles away and provides excellent shopping malls, market square, theatre, cinema complexes, museums and many pubs and restaurants. Beach 70 yards. Located in Norwich, this cottage is on a river. Norfolk Coast and Norfolk Broads reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include East Ruston Old Vicarage and Sim-Air. The Museum of the Broads and Hoveton Hall Gardens are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
