Stiffkey itself is a picturesque village following the River Stiffkey a small chalk bed, trout stream .

Stiffkey is a village made up of lovely Norfolk flint cottages with their pantile roofs, and hidden sunny gardens to sit and relax in. There is a very popular village pub, The Red Lion, which offers great food in relaxed surroundings. The Stiffkey Stores and Deli, is a real Sunday morning treat, as it has a sunny courtyard where one can sit for a while with coffee, cake and newspaper.

Walk out of your holiday cottage door and there will be footpaths leading to countryside or coastal walks, ideal if you are a dog lover.

Honey Barrel Cottage is tucked away at the end of a private drive of just a few cottages. There is a small walled garden area with a sunny patio with garden furniture. Entering the property there is a separate dining room overlooking the garden, then on into a good sized living room with a beamed ceiling and lovely fireplace with a log burner for those cosy nights in. There is a small retro feel kitchen, ground floor shower room, stairs lead on to a front double bedroom with beams and a further small double bedroom to the rear overlooking the garden. There is gas central heating. One well behaved dog accepted Parking for one car, cannot park vehicles with top boxes as there is a height restriction
Please note: The property has a steep cottage staircase.

Located in Wells-next-the-Sea, this cottage is in a rural area and near the beach. The Granary Theatre and Bygones Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Whin Hill Cider and Natural Surroundings. Splash Leisure and Fitness Centre and North Norfolk Railway are also worth visiting.
