The property was renovated many years ago and so is not a high spec, newly converted barn. If you're looking for luxury (such a subjective word!) and perfection, you won't find it here. What you will find is charm, character and a cosy, comfy, well lived in holiday home. Being right next to the open countryside, the local wildlife is just on your doorstep. You may also find the odd cobweb where a spider has been busy after the housekeeper departs and before you arrive!

Refunds minus the deposit or simply an admin fee, can be provided in certain circumstances where the property is rebooked following a cancellation. The site does not have a cancellation policy that matches ours, therefore please ask for more details.

Short breaks are up to three nights, Saturday to Tuesday or up to four nights, Tuesday to Saturday during March, April, September and October, however we can be flexible from November through to March, please ask for your specific dates. Summer short breaks only available within four weeks of date. Two night breaks are priced at the short break rate and offer a late checkout or early arrival depending on the dates chosen.

Located in Norwich, this cottage is in a rural area and near the beach. Happisburgh Lighthouse and How Hill Trust are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal Cromer Golf Club and Lost World Adventure Golf. Traveling with kids? Consider East Ruston Old Vicarage and The Museum of the Broads. Windsurfing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
