Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham offer a larger array of traditional seaside fun with piers, amusements and independent shops while the unique landscape and waterways of the Norfolk Broads are a short drive away and can be explored best, by day boat hire. Guests arriving to this delightful, single storey property will initially enter the open plan lounge/diner which provides guests a comfortable place to relax and enjoy after a day on the beach. The comfortable sofa seating is arranged around the TV where guests can catch up on their favourite programmes or enjoy any downtime with a good novel. The dining area provides a perfect spot to enjoy any self prepared meals and from here a large archway leads into the kitchen. Equipped for all holiday catering needs the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, larder fridge with freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a handy washing machine. From the inner hall guests will find two well furnished bedrooms, both accommodating double beds and finishing the accommodation is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. For those who enjoy relaxing outside with glorious sea breeze, the bungalow has ample garden space which includes garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. Access to the beach is via the rear garden with steps leading to a track and further steps leading to the promenade, with steps down to the beach. For guests with limited mobility, there is a ramp to the beach which is approximately 100 metres away. There is off road parking for two cars.
