The cottage is located on the village green with a popular café just a stone s throw away, you are also just over 0.5 miles from the sandy beach and a short stroll to the pub, shops, takeaways, and restaurants. The popular resort of Cromer with its vast beaches is just 3 miles away, where you can also catch regular shows at The Pavilion Theatre uniquely located at the end of the pier. For keen walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path is close by, offering an array of picturesque walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Sheringham and the North Norfolk Steam railway just 2 miles away, travels to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt with a host of boutique shops and restaurants. As you enter this cosy and charming cottage you arrive in the lounge area which is a great place to relax and unwind after some long coastal walks. Here you have a comfortable three seater sofa and an armchair which surround a wood burner and a TV/DVD player. Following through from the lounge leads you to a perfect place to dine with loved ones. The dining room has seating for up to four guests and from there you have the well quipped kitchen area which boasts everything the chef of the group needs to rustle up a quick snack or a hearty meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and if you need to rinse the sand from your towels, then there is a utility room with a combi washer/dryer and a separate WC. Upstairs you have a super king bedroom with plenty of storage space for your clothes and also a double bedroom with storage space and both bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is an enclosed lawned garden area to the front of the property and a south facing enclosed garden and patio area to the rear with a table, chairs, and a charcoal BBQ for those who wish to dine al fresco. There is unallocated on street parking to the front of the cottage and close by.
