Nightingale is a brand new, purpose built holiday cottage finished to a high standard and located in beautiful Norfolk countryside, just 10 miles west of Norwich, 40 minutes from the Norfolk Broads and within an hour’s drive of the North Norfolk coast.
- Based on a small working farm which produces goats' cheese, this beautiful rural setting is an ideal base to explore all that Norfolk has to offer and will suit families and couples alike.
- A small self-service farm shop is onsite, as well as a Games Room (table tennis, books, garden games) and Laundry Room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
- NEW for 2019 guest also have use of indoor heated swimming pool, air conditioned gym, Sauna & Steam Room, a wide range of fitness classes, and outdoor activities including squash and tennis, all just a 5 minute drive away!

- One of three holiday lets on site, Nightingale (middle cottage, sleeps 4+ cot) can be booked with Kingfisher (sleeps 4+ cot) and The Nest (sleeps 2) to accommodate up to 10 in total. Please contact the owners for group discount if booking two or more cottages.
- Small Caravan Club certified location also on site - up to 4 caravans.
Inside: Entrance leads into large open plan kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher), dining (seats 4, high chair available on request) and living area (TV), with patio doors leading outside. Separate downstairs WC.
Stairgate available on request.
Upstairs are two ensuite bedrooms, one king bed (with bath and shower ensuite), and one twin (with shower ensuite). Both bedrooms have views over the lawn to the horse menage, and woods beyond.
A travel cot can be provided (please bring own bed linen for cot). Other bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided.
Nightingale is fully double glazed with electric heating and air conditioning.
Outside: Patio doors lead to private outdoor dining area with picnic bench and garden umbrella. Beyond the dining area is a fully enclosed, shared lawn (shared with Kingfisher and The Nest). Games Room on site with table tennis, books, and a selection of outdoor toys. Children will also enjoy meeting the goats and sheep in the neighbouring paddock/barn (season dependent)!
