Escape to the peace and quiet with your family or some friends and tour this beautiful part of East Anglia, where you will find an assortment of places to eat and drink, as well as many interesting attractions in the surrounding area. Relax and unwind in the open-plan living room on return from a bracing walk, take in your surroundings and curl up with a book on the sofa. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table, prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, before tuning into the TV or planning activities for the day ahead. At the end of your evening, choose to catch your rest in the double bedroom, which boasts views towards the sea, or alternatively find you are better suited to the alternative bedroom with a king size bed (which can be made into a twin on request). You are within easy walking distance of many handy amenities, ample parking space and just moments from the beach. There is an excellent fish and chip shop, café and scenic drives to be had along the coastal front. For those who like to be on foot, The Norfolk Coast Path can take you on a journey onto the cliffs, which head towards Happisburgh and its lighthouse, or you can choose to head for Bacton along the sea defence walls. It stretches for 84 miles in total, with many points of interest and dramatic landscape scenery to admire along the way. Cromer is well worth a visit, offering a detailed history of the area at Cromer Museum, its 20th-century pier housing the offshore lifeboat station and Pavillion Theatre, along with its Blue Flag, sandy beach for hours of family fun. Further afield is Great Yarmouth and the stunning, man-made Norfolk Broads, a superb destination for a holiday.
