When it comes to gathering for a meal, there s the gorgeous kitchen island with four bar stools or the antique kitchen table with room for everyone. From here, bi fold doors lead out to the rear garden making this a lovely, light space. In summer months, why not fling these open and let the outside in? The ground floor also has the added convenience of a utility room with a WC. From the lounge, a quirky but steep, winding staircase leads up to a welcoming master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a Smart TV, ample storage space and beautiful views out to the River Yare. The second bedroom is also a very inviting space with a raised double bed and an additional single so it can sleep up to three people in total. Both bedrooms share a contemporary shower room where you ll find a stylish walk in shower with rainfall shower head. The outside of the property is just as lovely. The bi fold doors in the kitchen take you out to a stepped, enclosed patio area with garden furniture provided the perfect place to enjoy some peace. At the front of the cottage, you ll find a second great space a patio area complete with garden furniture and a warming fire pit. This is a simply wonderful area to relax, unwind and gaze out to the river with a cocktail or two or to dine alfresco.
