Upon entering the cottage, you will find yourself in the welcoming entrance hall where you can kick off your shoes and hang your coats. The first room you will find yourself in is the bright and spacious family kitchen which is very well equipped, with Bosch and Dualit appliances, fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, gas range style cooker with two electric ovens, large refectory table seating six, pegs for coats, digital Roberts radio, stone floor, underfloor heating and double doors onto the garden. The lounge has cosy oak flooring, an open fireplace and Chesneys wood burner, two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, flat screen Sony smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker to stream your favourite music or radio station. You can also find a WC on the ground floor. After a long day of exploring, take the stairs up to the first floor. The master bedroom features a locally crafted king size brass bed with Hypnos mattress, ample walk in wardrobe storage, chest of drawers, bedside tables, reading lamps and en suite shower room with a walk in rain shower, console sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with two comfortable full size single beds, built in wardrobe, small set of drawers and bedside lamps. The third bedroom offers a small double bed, table, lamp and built in wardrobe. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with rolltop bath, perfect for a long soak after a day s exploring the beautiful North Norfolk beaches and coastal paths. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs as well as the log burner in the living room, the cottage is warm and toasty during the cooler months and throughout the year is filled with light all day long. A shingle driveway to the side of the cottage provides private, off road parking for two cars. There's a gate to a secure, fully enclosed garden that is safe for dogs and children. The garden is also accessed via double doors from the kitchen.
