In the bathroom there is a w/c, basin, bath with overhead electric shower, shaving point.

You have parking for up to two cars in the driveway.

The enclosed rear garden is very large with 3/4 acre of lawn and landscaped gardens with your own patio area and table and chairs, great space!

Guests have sole use of the property internally, the garden is shared with another property although with 3/4 acre of landscaped gardens with two separate patio areas with garden furniture there is plenty of room for everyone.

This vacation home is located in Sheringham. Cromer Pier and Felbrigg Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Priory Maze & Gardens and North Norfolk Railway. Splash Leisure and Fitness Centre and Little Gems are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
