The small village of Holme-next-the-Sea sits on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and is at the northern end of the Peddars Way, the Roman road from Colchester to Lincoln via a ferry across the Wash. It has a wide sandy beach which is excellent for everything from sandcastles to kiting. With Holme Dunes and Titchwell Nature Reserve on the doorstep and Hunstanton, Burnham Market and Brancaster all within a very short distance, the village is an ideal base for exploring this part of Norfolk's coastline and enjoying its many beaches, walking and cycling opportunities.

The Coach House sits in the grounds of the owner's 1700s period property which was built for the uncle of Horatio Nelson. It has been beautifully restored with attention to detail and has been furnished to a tasteful and stylish high standard. It offers spacious, comfortable accommodation in a super location.
