The perfect house for outdoor enthusiasts, just a two minute walk to Brancaster Staithe and the coast path. The accommodation is comfortable and practical throughout. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. A sunny conservatory overlooks the enclosed garden, and dogs are welcome here.

Set just off the main coast road, you are still close enough to walk to The Jolly Sailors pub, or set-off inland on bikes to explore the miles of quiet empty lanes with spectacular views back towards the coast.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob and fridge freezer. Door to rear garden. Plenty of crockery glasses and mugs.
Sitting room/dining room
Open-plan with two lovely comfortable sofas, coffee table, television with DVD player. Dining table and chairs, retro side shelving unit with glasses and selection of books.
Conservatory
With a tiled floor, wrought iron table and chairs, sofa and side tables. Doors to rear garden.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
Pretty room overlooking the rear garden. King-size bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom two
Twin bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and wall mirrors.
Bedroom three
Single (4 foot) bed and a chest of drawers.
Family bathroom
With a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC

Outside:
The gardens to the rear are enclosed with a sunny patio area with garden furniture.
There is parking on the quiet cul-de-sac roadside outside the cottage.

Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Although there is no WiFi at Spinnakers, you can get 4G service, so you can get data / make calls.

Located in King's Lynn, this vacation home is by the sea. Royal West Norfolk Golf Club and Hunstanton Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Courtyard Farm and Paint Me Ceramics.
