A great family fun days out can be had at BeWILDerwood, a tree top adventure in Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Wroxham Barns. The seaside resort of Sea Palling is 5 miles away, or for quieter sandy beaches, take a trip to Waxham and Horsey. The city of Norwich makes for a great day out, with its cathedral, theatre, castle museum, excellent shopping, restaurants, and cafés.
