On entering the house, you will find the ground floor is split into two by a central reception hallway, with the delightful, light-filled dual aspect sitting room on your left; a lovely relaxing room, perfect for just chilling out, reading a book or catching up with a favourite television series. Across the hallway is undoubtedly the hub of the house - a very pleasant and super-equipped L-shaped, sociable dining kitchen with french doors opening to a patio and the west facing private and secure garden. Open the doors on warm days, and you can relax, confident in the knowledge that your children and family canine friend are free to safely come and go as they please. All three bedrooms on the first floor are beautifully furnished and bound to ensure you a restful night's sleep - choose from the king-size master with en-suite, a super-king size which transforms into full-size twins if you prefer and lastly, but not least, a cosy double room. In addition to the master en-suite, there is also a family bathroom off the first floor landing and the convenience of a cloakroom on ground level.

With a 6' super-king size zip-and-link bed, which can be offered as full-size twin single beds (please specify preferred option on booking). Television.

With a 4'6 double bed.

With bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
A fully enclosed West facing garden to the side of the house, with lawn and patio with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Within the residential development there is a 'Green space'. We kindly ask that this is not used as a recreational area.
Off road parking for up to three cars on the driveway.

There is a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs.

This vacation home is located in King's Lynn. Searles Golf Club and Norfolk Coast Path - West are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Wild Ken Hill and RSPB Snettisham. Norfolk Lavender and Rainbow Park are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking and cycling in the area.
