With rural countryside walks on its doorstep this is the perfect house in which to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, all year round.Ground floor: Front door opening into hallway with doors leading to: Open plan kitchen/diner with electric hob with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dining table and 6 chairs. Lounge: TV, comfortable seating and double doors to rear garden, back door leading into rear garden. Downstairs WC and washbasin. Staircase leading to first floor landing.
First floor: landing with doors leading to: Bedroom: Twin bedroom with 2 x Single Beds. Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed and built in storage. Bedroom: with Double bed. Family bathroom: walk in shower, WC, pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Location: beach 0.5 miles, local shops 0.7 miles. Outside: mature rear garden with patio and lawn. Linen provided, please bring your own towels. 1 x well behaved small dog at £20.00 per week permitted. £50.00 refundable security deposit applicable. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.
