This is a beautiful 3 bedroomed bungalow right next to the sea situated between Cromer and Great Yarmouth in a quiet area. It has been completely refurbed and has a fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, touch hob, dish washer, under counter larder fridge and freezer plus microwave. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and drier. There is a fully fitted bathroom as well as a fully fitted shower room. The lounge has comfortable leather furniture with TV and broadband. There are two double bedrooms and a childs single. The master room has TV built into the bed, double wardrobe, set of draws and bedside tables. The childs single room has bunk beds for two young children. To the rear of the property has a 30ft conservatory overlooking the sea which has dining area one end and lounge area the other with patio doors onto the enclosed garden with a huge decked area and two lovely seating areas with gate and steps down to the sea path. To the front on the property is another enclosed garden with a stone drive plus another seating area for BBQ's. The drive is accessed by a large 5 bar gate with side gate. Please note: although this is a bungalow there are a couple of steps and it is not wheelchair friendly inside.
