THE SPACE
Accommodating up to 6 guests, Church Lane Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, including 2 doubles and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Perfect for a family get-together or group of friends, the property features one family bathroom and an additional W/C.
Outside there's a beautiful garden and shingled seating area, ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring The Norfolk Broads, or one of the many local beaches. There's some further seating and a BBQ at the end of the garden, covered under a wooden shelter - convenient for when the British weather is feeling particularly unpredictable!
The open-plan kitchen dining area is wonderfully spacious and allows guests to enjoy cooking family meals altogether, with a dining table offering enough seating for all 6 guests. Additional seating is also available along the stylish kitchen island and breakfast bar, along with a comfortable brown leather sofa.
Off from the kitchen there's the cosy snug along with a flat screen television, and a wood burner nestled in a fireplace between the kitchen and living area. An additional smart television is also available in the kitchen, perfect for keeping the kids entertained whilst the parents are busy preparing dinner!
Located in Great Yarmouth, this cottage is in a rural area. Museum of the Broads and Toad Hole Cottage are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens and Oasis Amusements. Lost World Adventure Golf and Joyland are also worth visiting.
