Less than a mile from Potter Heigham, one of the major boating centre's on the Norfolk Broads and its many amenities, and only ten minutes by car from the beautiful sandy, blue flag beaches of Waxham and Sea Palling, Norah's Cottage is in an ideal location to explore the county.
Comfortable and cosy, this cottage style home benefits from an enclosed garden, ideal to keep children and your four legged friends safe. The ground floor has a well-equipped dining kitchen, a sitting room with an electric living flame fire and Smart television, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The first floor (accessed via a steep Norfolk winder staircase) has three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin room. In the master bedroom, there is also an extra single bed, ideal if children want to hop in with their parents for a good night's sleep!
With lovely country walks for the dogs and nature spotting - butterflies and birds galore! - on your doorstep, easy access to gorgeous beaches, and the Norfolk Broads within striking distance, plus a huge range of family tourist attractions only minutes away, Norah's Cottage is a good family base for discovering all that this part of Norfolk has to offer.

With electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. (There is a freezer available in the outdoor shed).

With comfortable seating, widescreen Smart television, Bluetooth speaker and wood burning stove. Dining table with seating for six guests. French doors to the garden.
Master bedroom
With a 5' king-size bed with wool mattress topper and duvet.

With a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
First Floor:

With 3' twin single beds.

Outside:
There is a driveway parking areas to the front and side of the barn, for up to three cars. There is an electric car charging point on the driveway.
At the rear of the barn is a fully enclosed south facing private garden, with lower level patio and raised decked area with gazebo, both with garden furniture.

Please note: this property has a Norfolk winder staircase, which a very steep and narrow, and the one family bathroom is downstairs.
Norah's Cottage is in the same row of cottages as Margaret's Cottage, and can be booked together, subject to availability.
Located in Great Yarmouth, this cottage is by the sea. The Museum of the Broads and Stalham Firehouse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include How Hill Trust and Toad Hole Cottage Museum. BeWILDerwood and Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking and other activities like birdwatching.
