The vast expanse of sand at Gorleston on Sea is 5 miles and the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, with its pleasure beach, is 7 miles away. This stylish Scandinavian style, super insulated upside down property is furnished and designed with total comfort in mind. The ground floor includes a bunk room and king size bedroom which has access to a covered courtyard area with seating. The master bedroom completes the floor with a super king size bed, Smart TV, and en suite shower room. There is also a family shower room and WC on this level. An easy set of stairs leads up to the open plan and spacious living area which boasts some wonderful waterside and fairway views. The relaxing lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and two armchairs placed in front of the large windows to relax in and take in the views over the lake and golfing green beyond. There is a dining area with an elegant glass table. The beautifully appointed kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and American style fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser. Completing the top floor is a WC. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You are spoilt for choice with outside space with seating areas on both floors. On the first floor, the balcony area has a table and chairs for those who wish to dine alfresco and watch the sun go down, and a comfortable egg chair. A covered veranda downstairs offers further extensive seating options. The on site facilities are available for an additional fee during your stay. For those who like an early morning swim to revitalise their senses, or even a workout in the gym, sessions and day passes can be purchased and booked on arrival. For golfers, there is an 18 hole course and a 9 hole course to choose from with adult day passes for visitors and buggy hire available (at an additional cost).
