Accommodation is surprisingly spacious and of a very good standard with small front garden and lawned rear garden and patio benefiting from morning sunshine. Street parking available.

Entrance into cloaks porch, ideal for leaving shoes and coats after that bracing walk along the beach. Lounge with feature gas fireplace, 40 inch Smart/netflix/NowTV. (Personal log-in details required). Door to kitchen/dining room with wall mounted TV/DVD. Door to safe, enclosed rear garden and patio. Bathroom with bath (shower over), and door through to WC.

Staircase to landing having three bedrooms ; two with doubles (one with bed against side wall), and one with bunks (2’6”). Family shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.
