Pelican Barn - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6, Ketteringham

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 6

Nestled within tranquil woodland within Ketteringham Hall Estate, Pelican Barn offers light, airy and spacious accommodation which has been beautifully presented and well thought out. There are two bedrooms each with en-suite facilities on the ground floor making this property ideal for those with limited mobility, and there is a third bedroom, with en-suite, and second sitting room on the first floor, so it could also appeal to families wishing to holiday together. Set just seven miles of the city of Norwich with its castle and cathedral, and the beautiful town of Wymondham which is home to what was once a Benedictine monastery, this property makes a perfect base for history lovers. Ketteringham Hall itself was used as a U.S airforce base during World War II, and the Orangery was once the Lotus drawing office. These days the Orangery is home to the Orangery Tearooms where you can delight at lunch time and afternoon tea, ice creams, cakes and savouries! There is plenty of walking and space to unwind amongst nature within this thousand acre estate, or within a short car journey you can sample the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast or explore the Broads National Park by foot or afloat.
