A very smart detached modern bungalow discretely tucked away down a quiet lane on the Weavers Way. Sitting within its own private grounds, holidaymakers searching for a relaxing, peaceful getaway need look no further. And, when you feel like stretching your legs, you can walk out of the front door and all the way to Cromer and its iconic pier; the start of the Weavers Way 56-mile trail to Great Yarmouth. Perhaps bring your walking boots and dogs along too?
Surrounded by wonderful rural views, Weavers is light-filled, spacious and beautifully presented. Constructed in 2021, and recently extended, the main feature of the bungalow is its stunning triple aspect A-frame open-plan living area that looks out over the garden; a really lovely generous-sized sociable space combining cooking, dining and relaxing areas. Underfloor heating and the addition of a wood burning stove adds to the room's ambience. Off the entrance hallway are the three inviting bedrooms; a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a second king-size bedroom, and, lastly, a twin bedded room, with the latter two rooms sharing a family bathroom. Outside, the secluded, enclosed garden, principally to the rear of the house, is a delightful option in the summer months when outdoor dining and long, lazy days beckon.
Perfectly placed for exploring this lovely area of North Norfolk, where you have a choice of sandy beaches for building castles or rock pooling, a wide selection of places to drink and eat, fine country houses with parks to explore and market towns for when you feel like a spot of shopping, Weavers is sure to attract all kinds of holidaymakers from couples to families and, of course, their faithful four legged friends.
