Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: The market town of Stalham, with its high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers’ market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must. Just a few miles inland from fantastic beaches, this is a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coastline.
Located in Norwich, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Norfolk Broads and Hickling Broad reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Museum of the Broads and East Ruston Old Vicarage. Hoveton Hall Gardens and BeWILDerwood are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking/biking trails, and rock climbing nearby.
