Bright, beautiful and fully refurbished, this lovely duplex flat comes with a front courtyard and a back garden with a shed.
Comfortably accommodates up to 7 people with 2 doubles and 1 single bedroom, in addition to a large and comfy sofa bed in the living room.
The whole downstairs is a wonderful place to relax and catch up after a long day about the city. The living room connects to the kitchen and the sliding glass doors that lead to the garden lets in plenty of natural lighting, filling the whole place with light. You'll also find the large flat screen TV here, and it's perfectly placed where you'll get a view from almost anywhere here.
The kitchen boasts a beautiful island and is fully equipped with all essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a toaster.
The duplex has 1 bathroom, here you'll find a bathtub with an attached shower head, as well as any other amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as fresh towels and free toiletries.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

## Neighborhood
Camden is a lovely neighbourhood in London, filled with hidden gems and rock'n'roll history. Visitors and locals are drawn here by the treasures in Camden's markets and the Regent's Canal, others gather here to sample cuisine from around the world and listen to live music.
Just down the road lies Primrose Hill - an iconic enclave with a park that has the best view of London. Indeed, Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath - some of London's finest green spaces - are all within walking distances.
## Transit
The flat is centrally located in the most vibrant area of London - with unparalleled transport links. The nearest underground stations are Chalk Farm and Camden Road both about 10 mins away by foot. They are on the Northern Line, and will take you directly to Leicester Square (Soho and China town), Kings Cross (Eurostar), Waterloo (for London Eye, the South Bank), Bank and London Bridge. The flat is also a 4-minute walk to Kentish Town West on the new Overground line - which crosses from East to West London - and puts Islington and the east London vibe just a few stops away.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
