Having oil central heating it is perfect at any time of year and very cosy during the colder months.

Entrance into hall, with cloaks area. Comfortable lounge, with electric flame-effect fire. Double doors through to dining room, with patio doors onto rear garden. Kitchen. Utility room. Door to outside.

Four Bedrooms: Bedroom one with twins and view to rear garden with ensuite bathroom having bath, WC and washbasin. Bedroom two with a double bed and washbasin. Bedroom three with twins. Bedroom four with one single that has a pull out truckle bed under to make a double if required. Family bathroom having bath (shower over), WC and washbasin.

Garden: Front lawn. Rear patio with access via dining room patio doors. Steps up to lawn. BBQ (no charcoal supplied) The rear garden is perfect for dining al fresco.
Ramp for wheelchair to the front door on request. Please note that the gravel drive is not wheelchair friendly.

Parking: Ample parking for 3 cars on the gravel drive.
